Return & Refund Policy


At Tronics LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality electronics and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures a smooth and fair process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 15 days of delivery if:
    • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
    • You received the wrong item
    • The product is unopened and in brand-new condition

Please note:

  • Products with broken manufacturer seals may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • Software, downloadable products, and digital licenses are non-returnable once delivered.
  • Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or refurbished items (unless defective)
  • Consumables such as printer ink, batteries, and storage media (unless defective)
  • Any product damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs

3. How to Start a Return

Contact our customer service team at tronics7906@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product name/model
  • Reason for return (and photos if defective/damaged)

We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Ship the item back using a trackable method within 3 days of receiving your RMA.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / wrong item: We cover return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind / non-defective returns: You are responsible for shipping costs, and a restocking fee of [X% or $X] may apply.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will email you the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Warranty Claims

Many electronics are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If your item is defective after the return period, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

7. Damaged Items Upon Delivery

  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery if possible, and note the damage with the courier.
  • Contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
