Return & Refund Policy
At Tronics LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality electronics and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures a smooth and fair process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 15 days of delivery if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unopened and in brand-new condition
Please note:
- Products with broken manufacturer seals may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return unless defective.
- Software, downloadable products, and digital licenses are non-returnable once delivered.
- Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or refurbished items (unless defective)
- Consumables such as printer ink, batteries, and storage media (unless defective)
- Any product damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
3. How to Start a Return
Contact our customer service team at tronics7906@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Product name/model
- Reason for return (and photos if defective/damaged)
We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
Ship the item back using a trackable method within 3 days of receiving your RMA.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective / wrong item: We cover return shipping costs.
- Change of mind / non-defective returns: You are responsible for shipping costs, and a restocking fee of [X% or $X] may apply.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will email you the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Warranty Claims
Many electronics are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If your item is defective after the return period, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
7. Damaged Items Upon Delivery
- If your order arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery if possible, and note the damage with the courier.
- Contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
